Owner/Instructor
“As owner and operator of Absolute Pilates, I am excited to share the Pilates
Method of body conditioning. As a fitness professional I’ve realized that
in order for an individual to gain results, the body and mind must be challenged
and involved in the exercises. I welcome the opportunity to show you how Pilates
can impact your body for a lifetime.”

Instructor
As an educator, I have always believed in the mind-body connection. After practicing Pilates, I have experienced it. Always an active person (runner, dancer, triathlete), my Pilates practice has given me a much greater body awareness as well as more control, flexibility, and strength.
I am thrilled to be able to share my knowledge of Pilates with others so that they, too, can experience a more balanced body.

Instructor
Robyn is originally from Dallas, Texas where she grew up dancing throughout the United States and Europe. She attended Old Dominion University in Virginia where she graduated in 1999 with two Bachelor of Arts degrees, one in Theatre and Dance and the other in Communications with an emphasis in Mass Media. After college, Robyn moved to New York City to pursue a dancing, modeling and acting career. Within nine months, she was dancing with the National Tour of Peter Pan. After returning from tour, Robyn entered the Pilates Studio of New York's authentic teacher training program. She was first introduced to Pilates in college by a dance professor and fell in love with the method. After training under the tutelage of Romana Kryzanowski, trained by Joseph Pilates himself, she became a certified instructor in 2002. Robyn has also been very fortunate to study under master teachers Sari Pace, Michael Fritzke, Ton Voogt, Bob Liekens and Brooke Siler to name a few. She taught for 8 years throughout New York City including re:ab, Drago's Gym, Premier Physical Therapy, the Brearley School and the Pilates Movement along with teaching her own private clientele. As well as teaching Pilates, Robyn continued to dance, model and act on television and in movies. After leaving NYC in 2010, she moved to Bermuda to teach Pilates at Bermuda Bodyworks to widen her teaching experiences and to soak up some much needed sun. Robyn returned to the States this year and now resides in Milwaukee where she is looking forward to the change of seasons, meeting new people and sharing her love of Pilates with the clients of Absolute Pilates. |
