Mat classes are conducted in a group setting designed to challenge
participants of every ability level. The authentic mat work
is a series of specific movements to help improve flexibility,
strength and coordination.

50 Minute Sessions
Absolutely perfect for the beginning student! This program
is geared to teach the fundamentals of Pilates mat work: correct
posture, order of exercises, muscular endurance, body awareness
and flow. At the end of this 5-week session you will have mastered
the core concepts of the Pilates Method.

the workout. It provides continued development in advanced exercises along
with additional mat work enhancer's (i.e., magic circles and arm weight series).

5-Week Intro
to Pilates Course, or a minimum of 5 private sessions. |
