Private Sessions

Pilates was meant to be a quality customized workout with your instructor creating a unique program based on your individual strengths, needs and goals. The one-on-one interaction between you and your instructor yields tremendous results, especially for the beginner client. Pilates' equipment will be utilized to help improve core strength, flexibility and control. Your instructor will direct you with the appropriate verbal and visual clues and teach you the proper execution of each exercise.
